Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Jocelyn lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Tailor they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Scribe, and he later adopted a second son.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Jane was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Doctor. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His chestnut hair is cut short. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
