Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Theren was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He wears a brown wide-brimmed hat and brown clothes. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and human compassion

Description: She wears light armors faded through time and improper care. She is portly but not overly obese. Her white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: This late middle aged woman wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body and is in decent physical shape. Her hair is auburn and curly. Her brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Maynild was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She is content; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister
