Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Tree was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tree grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tree. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Barber. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion
