History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

History: Kelter lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Kelter alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Kelter was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and to unite with his brother
