Description: 5'7" and muscular, this northern man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy white hair. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. A friendly and beautiful Gnome, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Born in the west to a Knight, Qualen learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has worked as a Knight like his mother before him.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and retire the richest man in the west

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Guard born in the past three hundred years. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and to reunite with her absent father

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She worked as a nervous Adventurer and found it very stressful. She tends to her Adventurer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
