He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has taken up work as a Marshal and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
