He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
