He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized ruby on his left hand. He keeps his blonde hair in a flapper bob. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker blue hat.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Koeth was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Fisher. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
