History: Neega was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. The war was a terrible time for her, and Skirt does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the south. When Skirt reached her early adolescence her Tabaxi mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions.
