She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Left-Handed lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Brewer they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Hunter, and she later adopted a second son.

History: The child of a Ruler, who enjoyed hunting, Cloak was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
