Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a white vest and prefers black and blue shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He sports a flattop hair cut. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a worn and beaten armor. His hair is chestnut and very short. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. He has styled his beige fur well, parting it to the left. His eyes are amber.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. The war was a terrible time for him, and Skirt does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Skirt was born with his mother's beautiful face. When Skirt reached his early adolescence his Tabaxi mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her eyes are amber.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She's also a talented Shepherd, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and wants a kiss
