Description: This slender woman stands about 5'10". She wears a simple black robe with green stripes complete with hood. Her white hair is matted, messy, and big. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. After a long history of fighting, Phelaia and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.

A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.
