Description: He wears a green coat over a blue low-cut shirt, and a wide-brimmed hat upon his head, and he perpetually has his whip ready. His silver hair is braided into rings. His eyes are red and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull green iron scale mail. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her ears are large.
Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Valida grew up listening to her father's many stories. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Description: She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly kukris and shields. She wears a Stetson hat to hide her balding. Her eyes are green.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: She was raised in a plains tribe. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Being a Hunter kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.
History: Flask was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Flask was orphaned to a temple shortly after her birth. She was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above herself and to hold her god always in her heart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.
