Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sellsword for the past few years.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
