History: Gifted from a young age, Gilkass studied abroad. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Cecily hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her singing career. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She got into the Barkeep business at a young age. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barkeep hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Barkeep responsibilities is difficult; and to unite with her sister

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her martial abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.
