Description: This man is very fat, and wears grey painted combat armor at almost all times. He has no hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Adelard hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He got into the Barkeep business at a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He's also a talented Beggar, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He's in love; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This slender woman stands about 5'11". She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She has wavy blue hair. Her white eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Doctor arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and money/treasure
