History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Arara was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. She now owns her own business.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Shamash isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dragonborn unity. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the west were limited. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
