Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ghaliver was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A freak accident while working with his Herbalist father left him crippled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against orcs

She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: 6'5" and muscular, this eastern man typically wears black cloth garments or leather armor. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Glassblower arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Nybarg was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and many goblins want him driven away
