Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Carter business.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: He has a large green mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his white robe. His brass crest, when down, is lengthy. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady red eyes.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Layabout business.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Fax was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears a tan costume with the symbols of magic on her torso. Her tied-back hair is chestnut. Her eyes are likewise violet. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and seeks redemption

Ideals: Philantrophist, Justice, Entrepeneur. Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Criminal record. Occupation: Unemployed
