She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She got into the Unemployed business at a young age. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Unemployed. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair is blonde and curly. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lucan embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Lucan reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and to clean up the streets
