Description: This dark-skinned male has a large violet mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his black robe. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His auburn hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. Koeth enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Koeth was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
