Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. With wild white hair. Her skin is flawless and her brown eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it.

Description: This late middle aged woman wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination and is in decent physical shape. Her head has been shaved. Her eyes are gray and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ownka grew up listening to her father's many stories. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ownka fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is her passion.

Description: This woman tends to wear a large red jacket. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide her balding. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Dyer for hire.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her fur is cut close to her head. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Navigator but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
