History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Avelina was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dwarven companion (her 'brother'). She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears dark leathers with embroidery. Her hair is black and very short. She has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Pyntle enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
