Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. History: Ortegar was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Through the years after Ortegar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ortegar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Being a Ploughman kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
