History: Hugolina was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She struck the Dyer job and began her own company from there.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
