He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Habor was born with his father's beautiful face. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Barakas hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He married young, but lost his spouse to brigands. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Barakas was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.
