He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Xappan was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Thorpe was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Locksmith. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears silk and lounges about seductively. His fur is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered giants who tried to eat his hand. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Shadow was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud
