History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Healer. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and balancing his hectic life and new healer responsibilities is difficult

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A freak accident while working with her Barrister father left her crippled. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 13 years.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
