History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now owns his own business.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Susannah hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: She is a Bowyer first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Born in the east to a Bowyer, Katherine learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She worked as a nervous Bowyer and found it very stressful. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Katherine fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She is content; and to be a shoemaker again
