He is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Gifted from a young age, Burto studied abroad. His parents enrolled him in a Aristocrat school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world
