History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Lûgnak liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. After a long history of fighting, Lûgnak and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. In her youth she was a Tailor, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger brother on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 6 years.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and regain custody of his son
