History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She's also a talented Soapmaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and sabotage a competitor
