History: Miles was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Lia hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Thorin's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born in the east. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he wants revenge against brigands
