Description: She stands about 5'4" and is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. Her right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. Her brown hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. Her half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Jane was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Jane's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. She has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. Her tied-back hair is auburn. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady amber eyes.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Baker born in the past three hundred years. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: She was born in a small forest village. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Cumpen took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up halberd and armor she uses now. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Navigator. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: An older man who wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat, he is not a threatening figure. His blue crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gold.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. At some point he was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Merchant they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Stylist, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Revenge; and to reunite with his absent mother
