Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears just a grey suit. Her hair is black, silky, and of moderate length. Her green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Tordrid never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Masseuse kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is wearing a long, green cloak. His crest is red, silky, and of moderate length. His red eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
