History: Born in the west to a Shepherd, Elegant learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shepherd work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shepherd work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Shepherd for the past few years.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. Being a Carpenter kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
