History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born into a rich family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Blacksmith they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Carter, and she later adopted a second son.
