History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Howard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Howard and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He's also a talented Bricklayer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Quilla grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
