Description: This woman stands a little under 2'9" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She tends to wear a red poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. With bright red hair. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.
History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Through the years after Lidda was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Lidda's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor

Description: She has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her green robe. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. She wears her black hair up. Her amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She works hard and plays hard.
History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to reunite with her absent father

Description: She dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. She carries with her a set of falchions, each one with a jet on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her red crest is knotted and matted. She has a tattooed face.
Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. When Gesrethe reached her early adolescence her Dragonborn father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: He is renowned for his bright grey suits and hats. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His red hair is unkempt and raggedy. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: Dean wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warrior, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.
