Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light green in addition to tight pants. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are silver and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bathin embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bathin was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jabbie grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her red hair is cut short. Her hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is a great chef.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Sarai was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.

History: Spear was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well.
