History: Gifted from a young age, Frouse studied abroad. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Being a Ruler kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with tan colored cloaks and clothing. His silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Gifted from a young age, Cockaby studied abroad. When Cockaby reached his early adolescence his Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
