History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. She sports chestnut long hair. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs

Description: This man stands a little under 5'9" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His hair is brown and very short. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Latbag fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He is wearing a long, grey, dusty cloak. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His long chestnut hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Rangrim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion.
