Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'2" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with yellow colored cloaks and clothing. She has a long white ponytail with little hanging trinkets. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. The war was a terrible time for her, and Yevelda does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Yevelda was born on a far southern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Armorer. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and she seems to be bored by most things
