Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Barber kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Apothecary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things.
