History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. Being a Sage kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Donella abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
