History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Dee isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Dee was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Dee's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
