Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Barakas was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Animal Trainer. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Spice Merchant arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She now mingles about in high society.
