History: Gifted from a young age, William studied abroad. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, white shirt, and green tie. His blonde hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
