He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortspear.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

History: Gifted from a young age, Einkil studied abroad. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nikki embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Nikki was born on a far northern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Shoemaker. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
