History: He was born into a rich family. His childhood dream was to be a Ruler, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mortician for hire.

Description: She wears a black tunic with yellow highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around her shoes. She carries a battered spear and tarnished club as well. Her crest, while still mostly bronze, has prominent grey streaks. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gifted student she started as a Junk Dealer, but she got bored and became a Mayor. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He keeps his dark red hair in a pixie cut. His white eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Mantus was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
